Banquet Policies

Alcohol Service - Welcome at private events. Parties must utilize a licensed and insured caterer or alcohol service provider authorized by Lincoln Park.

Catering - You are allowed to rent a space and hire your own certified and licensed outside catering company.

Furniture - Banquet chairs and 60" round tables are included in the Banquet Room rental. Black tablecloths are available for the Banquet Room.  The furniture seen in the Terrace and Conference Room are included in those rentals.

Entertainment - Live music and/or DJ service is permitted. Entertainment must bring their own sound system.

Security - A security guard is required for an event that keeps the building open past normal operating hours. Lincoln Park can put you in touch with approved security guards.
